Authenticate, or bounce
Send 5,000+ a day and you must pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC, offer one-click unsubscribe, and keep spam complaints under 0.3% — or your mail is rejected outright.
Google sender guidelinesFrom the inbox to the front page — high-volume email deliverability and the full growth stack: SEO, paid media, social and content. Run by people who send and rank every single day.
In 2024–2025, Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft turned “best practices” into hard requirements. Miss them and your mail gets throttled, junked, or rejected — no warning, no appeal.

Google sender guidelinesHigh-volume senders failing authentication are routed to Junk, then hard-rejected with “550 5.7.515”. Outlook.com, Hotmail and Live are all in scope.
Microsoft sender requirementsOne bad week — a volume spike, a stale list, a broken record — can sink a domain’s reputation for months. Recovery is slow and manual. Prevention is cheap.
Deliverability isn’t one switch — it’s a system. We own all four parts of it, end to end, so nothing quietly drifts out of spec.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI configured and aligned, so mailbox providers know your mail is really yours — the foundation everything else sits on.
Seed testing, blacklist watching and placement tracking across Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo — problems surface on our dashboard, not in your open rates.
Gradual IP and domain warmup, plus ongoing reputation management — scale volume without torching your sender history.
Bounce suppression, sunsetting dead addresses, and engagement strategy that keeps complaints under the 0.3% line providers now enforce.
Deliverability is where we obsess — but we run the whole growth stack, held to the same exacting standard: SEO, paid media, social, content and analytics.
Technical + content SEO that compounds — rank for the terms your buyers actually search, and keep ranking.

Most deliverability help is theoretical — a slide deck and a checklist. Spunkads runs high-volume email in production every day. The playbook we’d put behind your program is the same one we trust with our own reputation. No agency theater, no hand-off to junior staff. Just the inbox.
If it doesn’t land, nothing else matters. Deliverability is the foundation every other channel sits on.
We run high-volume sending and live campaigns ourselves. The playbook is battle-tested, not borrowed off a slide.
Placement, rankings, replies, ROI. We optimize the numbers that actually move your business.
No fluff dashboards. If a metric doesn’t change a decision, we don’t put it in front of you.
We got obsessed with one number — how much email actually lands in the inbox. Spunkads is that obsession, turned into a service.
These aren’t client results — we’re early, and we don’t invent numbers. They’re the targets every sending program we touch is built to hold.
A straight path, not an open-ended retainer. Here’s what working with us looks like.
We map your domains, authentication, infrastructure and current placement. You get a clear picture of exactly what’s broken — and why.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC aligned, infrastructure cleaned up, suppression and one-click unsubscribe brought fully to spec.
A controlled ramp that builds reputation instead of breaking it — typically 2–6 weeks, paced to your real volume.
Ongoing placement, reputation and blacklist monitoring, so you stay in the inbox as you grow — not just on launch day.
We’re building the sending infrastructure we always wished we had — authenticated, warmed and monitored from day one, so you can scale volume without scaling risk. Want first access?
Talk to us about early accessThe questions high-volume senders ask us most.
Usually it’s authentication or reputation — not your content. A missing or misaligned SPF, DKIM or DMARC record, a cold IP, or a stale list will send perfectly good mail to the spam folder. We diagnose which one is hurting you, then fix it.
It depends on volume and consistency. High, steady volume usually benefits from a dedicated IP you fully control; lower or spiky volume often does better in a well-managed shared pool. We give you a straight recommendation for your situation, not a default.
Typically 2–6 weeks, depending on your target volume and how engaged your audience is. Rushing it is the fastest way to burn a new domain or IP, so we pace the ramp deliberately.
If you send roughly 5,000+ messages a day to any one provider, yes — directly. And even below that, the same signals (authentication, complaint rate, list quality) decide whether you reach the inbox. Getting them right is no longer optional.
Yes. SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, Postmark, your own MTA — the principles travel. We work with what you already have rather than forcing a migration.
Book a call and we’ll look at your setup together — authentication, reputation, the works. No deck, no pitch.
